Shipping Locations
We provide shipping exclusively within the United States, covering all 50 states.
Domestic Shipping Only: We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
Shipping Fees
Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping for all orders within the contiguous U.S.
Additional Fees: Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your purchase.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Shipping Partners: To ensure timely and safe delivery, we work with reliable carriers such as FedEx and UPS.
Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Transit Time: After your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Estimated Delivery Window: Orders are expected to arrive within 4 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Delivery Information
Standard Delivery: Most deliveries do not require a signature, except for high-value orders.
Oversized Products: For larger items, a scheduled delivery may be required.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails, the carrier will attempt re-delivery up to three times. You can also choose to pick up your package from the carrier’s facility.
Shipping Issues
Lost Packages: If your package is lost or tracking has not updated for 5 business days, please contact us at help@litterboxes.shop. We’ll assist you in getting a replacement.
Damaged Packages:
- Refuse delivery if the package shows visible damage, or note the issue with the carrier.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item, and we will arrange a return or replacement.
Incorrect or Missing Items: Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will promptly correct the issue.
Modifications & Cancellations
Order Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible at help@litterboxes.shop. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make modifications.
Order Cancellations: You can cancel an unshipped order for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further assistance.
